Refunds & Exchanges

Sale Items may not be refunded or exchanged. Item must be unused and in same condition as it was shipped. The customer is responsible for paying all the shipping costs to refund/exchange the item. Once the refunded item is received and inspected, it will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt. 

Clearance Items are not subject to refunds or exchanges.

Pure Hoodie Co. is also not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We only provide exchanges for size, not "change of mind"
